The "What My Home Means to Me" Coloring and Essay Contest is for families living in a home or apartment financed, or receiving assistance from, one of the housing programs provided by SC State Housing.

Prizes for the contest are provided by the McNair Law Firm, P.A. They will be presented at the Palmetto Affordable Housing Forum Awards Luncheon on April 25th, 2013.

The deadline for entries has closed.

The Housing Achievement Awards are presented annually at the Palmetto Affordable Housing Forum Awards Luncheon.

AWARDS & CONTESTS

The South Carolina Housing Achievement Awards are presented annually to recognize outstanding contributions in the state’s affordable housing arena. Nominations are accepted for the following categories: Organization Sector, Housing Development, Elected Official, Creative Partnerships and Volunteer Service.

Individuals and organizations are eligible for nomination. The work honored must have been performed in South Carolina to benefit the citizens of the Palmetto State. Multiple nominations may be submitted, but each nominee is limited to one category only. There is no entry fee.

Nominations are due by January 31, 2013.

Winners will be announced at the Palmetto Affordable Housing Forum Awards Luncheon on April 25, 2013.
